E3Doc.sty: added a "comment" macro. Need to check if not redundant withj James'.

@A few things to mention:

- The file ssdn2.tex is the one to read first. It includes all the chapters one by one. 

- The file E3Doc.sty contains formatting macros. It is based on Texmacs.sty.

- The paper format is A4. Can be modified in ssdn2.tex for the US ? Canadian (?) printers.

- To create the .dvi, type make. It will call Latex as many times is necessary.
